    I live in the UK and came to Dentim Europe via extensive research on the internet. After contacting Olivia who is the patient coordinator, I was guided through the process on the phone and numerous emails. She takes care of the transport from the airport, appointments with the dentist, arrangements regarding the apartments etc. Any question, Olivia was on hand 24/7 (and even during her holidays). I came to the clinic for my first appointment which was very thorough (xrays, examinations etc) and was given a treatment plan with cost idea which I accepted. After this visit I was scheduled a few weeks later to attend my first session of treatments (I stayed for appr. 10 days) which included 7 implants, bridge work, crown work, root canal treatments etc. Very extensive work and the thoroughness of the work surprised me immensely as I have not experienced this before at any dentist in the UK or Germany. The “Wand” which is a new way of administering injections is a wonderful invention and takes away the fear of injections. I have provisional teeth at the moment until my next treatment and they look brilliant already. The professionalism of all the dentists and the girls at reception is outstanding and very important too, the empathy and caring attitude of everyone makes this visit very special. There are no short cuts to healthy teeth and each dentist approaches their expert field with great care. My advise to new patients would be to bring time with you and not try to rush things as the dentists at Dentim want the best result for you. My second visit is due in January 2017 and I will write another review regarding the end result. Until then I applaud the team at Dentim. Greetings Andrea

    Jestem zachwycona poziomem, jakością wykonywanych usług oraz wiedzą dentystów pracujących w Dentim Clinic. Pierwsza wizyta zaskoczyła mnie empatią całej obsługi. Wszyscy byli miło do mnie nastawieni, udzielali mi wszystkich niezbędnych informacji i na każdym etapie wizyty wiedziałam co się będzie działo dalej. Dodatkowo wiedza, dbałość o detale lekarzy oraz umiejętności są na wysokim poziomie. Polecam szczególnie dr Fąferko u którego miałam wizytę. Dentim, to gabinet do którego chce się wracać.

    Gabinet Dentim Clinic to najlepszy gabinet stomatologiczny!!! Moja córka panicznie bała się dentysty.     In total I’d had 4 premium implants and 7 ceramic crowns done at the Dentim Clinic. Considering the relatively high price, I don’t feel fully satisfied with the service received. Quite often I had to wait for an hour (or more) in the waiting room, as my visit got postponed for some unexplained reason. I’ve also raised concerns about the sensitivity of my lower teeth during one of the visits, but I get the impression this issue got completely ignored. The shape of one of the crowns had to be corrected after a week, and will need to be corrected again, as it still doesn’t fit well with my lower teeth. Even though I’ve been told that these crowns (all ceramic) will last “years”, one of them detached from the implant during breakfast after merely a month. As a person living abroad who’s travelling quite a lot I do regret my choice a bit to be honest. All the staff is extremely nice, but unfortunately the quality of what I actually paid for is becoming quite problematic right now. This is not something that I’m used to when getting a “premium” service.

    Moje wizyty obejmowały 4 implanty premium i 7 koron pełnoceramicznych. Generalnie jako klient czuję się potraktowany nieco po macoszemu, co przy stosunkowo wysokiej cenie i wyborze samych wariantów premium (tak implantów, jak i koron) pozostawia trochę do życzenia. W gabinecie musiałem nierzadko czekać na opóźnioną wizytę prawie godzinę (lub dłużej), a zgłoszona lekarzowi nadwrażliwość dolnych zębów (pomimo specjalnie umówionej dodatkowej wizyty) chyba została kompletnie zapomniana w całym procesie i będzie musiał się tym zająć inny stomatolog. Jedna korona nadal przeszkadza od wewnętrznej strony i trzeba będzie ją znowu (po raz drugi) poprawić. Natomiast zapewnienia, że ząbki będą “na lata”, prysły, gdy pełnoceramiczna korona odpadla od implantu w trakcie śniadania już po miesiącu. Jako osoba mieszkająca poza granicami kraju i dużo podróżująca w ramach pracy niestety trochę żałuję wyboru. Cała obsługa jest niezwykle uprzejma, ale z żalem stwierdzam, że jakość wykonanej w moim przypadku usługi zaczyna sprawiać mi problemy.

Byłam pełna obaw ale dzięki tym wspaniałym osobom mam teraz inne spojrzenie na tego typu zabiegi. Dlatego naprawdę serdecznie chciałam podziękować bardzo utalentowanemu doktorowi Kamilowi Stefańskiemu, którego będę polecać osobom potrzebującym pomocy dentystycznej bądź ortodoncyjnej.

    Korzystam z usług Dentim Clinic już od ponad roku i właśnie kończę zaplanowane leczenie implantologiczne. Było kilka etapów ale wszystko dostosowane do mojego wolnego czasu (którego mam bardzo mało ze względu na pracą jaką wykonuję). Tutaj miałem wizyty nawet o 20ej oraz w soboty z samego rana, co jest rzadko spotykane wsród innych stomatologów.

    Polecam szczegolnie osobom, które tak jak ja zaniedbały swoje zęby przez lata z obawy przed dentystą. Zero bólu i niebywale uprzejma obsługa całego zespołu. Nie wiem jak oni to robią ale mój lek przed dentysta zniknął i chodzę teraz do nich z przyjemnością.

    Jestem perfekcjonistką i każdy najmniejszy detal jest dla mnie ważny. Byłam w wielu gabinetach stomatologicznych nie tylko na śląsku, nigdy jednak nie trafiłam na taki profesjonalizm wiedzę i precyzję jaka jest w Dentim. Zawsze chodząc do stomatologa obawiałam się braku higieny, choć to podstawa, ale wiele się słyszy o poważnych wirusach przenoszonych w gabinetach. Dentim to jedyny gabinet w którym nie miałam takich obaw. Mam porównanie jak można wyleczyć zęba w innych gabinetach nawet jeśli chodzi o założenie plomby czy koronę – w Dentim zakładają plomby w tak naturalny sposób że ciężko rozróżnić zęba leczonego od zdrowego. To samo w przypadku korony.Wszystko robią pod mikroskopem więc bardzo precyzyjnie. I co najważniejsze dają gwarancje z którymi nigdy się nie spotkałam w zależności od leczenia są nawet dożywotnie. Czasem warto dołożyć finansowo wcale nie dużo więcej niż w innych gabinetach i mieć perfekcyjnie wyleczone zęby, wiem z doświadczenia jak jest z poprawkami po źle wyleczonych kanałowych..Wszystkie sprzęty i używane materiały na najwyższym poziomie. Dla mnie najlepszym potwierdzeniem dobrego gabinetu stomatologicznego jest czas który po wyleczeniu pokazał że zęby są w świetnej kondycji. Szacunek dla lekarzy szczególnie doktor Anny (przesympatyczna) i właściciela bez wątpienia każdy lekarz tam zatrudniony jest na tym samym – najwyższym poziomie.
