    Honestly I will never and ever suggest this hospital to anyone,

    I had a very bad experience there, I had been admitted from 11-oct-2016 to 13-oct-2016 at ward D – Room No 6 , in a two sharing room. my smart phone was stolen in 2nd day of my staying when I went to toilet for just 2 minutes and the toilet was also in the room ,during that time when i was in toilet hospital staff brought me food and the cameras showed the same thing, but they could do nothing because my phone was not in the staff’s pocket (ridiculous if someone steal and keep it with him). so awful experience because after that when I went to toilet had to take my personal laptop with me and also come out multiple times to check they other stuff while I was not finished with the toilet.

    My suggestion to concerned people at hospital is to be more careful when recruit employee,

    the Data on my phone was too much important and I want both my phone (which costed me RM 2600) and data from the one who is in charge.

    I would never rate this one start also if the submit bottom was enabled without scoring

    Admission and discharge processes was very slow(3 hours each).Doctors are not interested about your health,spend very little time during visits,.Always rush you to do extra procedures,without telling you all the details.when asked,will give you unclear,broad and general answers.Force you to stay warded doing nothing for them to collect more money.Then the doctors disappeared as soon as they’ve done sucking all the money from you or your insurance company.worst private hospital ever.still not healed completely from my pain.I will never come here again.

    The O&G specialist, Dr. Kiren Shidu is a very nice and gentle person. The nurses working with her are kind too. Although there is not easy to find a parking place during the peak hours, but I can find one with more patient.

    the doctors and the nurses were kind and nice. However the reason why I didn’t give a full star is that there are lack of patient rooms as I asked for a Single room and the nurses told me it was full. I had to wait for a long time to get the room. In my opinion the hospital should invest to increase the number of patient rooms so that the patient could enjoy their privacy and they could relax.

    This is the hospital my Father had an appointment to see neurologist 2 months ago, the service was good didn’t have to wait too long. The Dr. Sng Kim Hock knew my father it was very pleasant meeting, spent about 30 minutes.
    My father was happy, we paid the consultant fee and we left.

    First of all, I am VERY VERY VERY angry at the ambulance service of the hospital. I am astonished, outraged and downright angry at the lack of altruism and responsibility of Pantain’s ambulance service. My grandmother had fainted, and my cousin had called the hospital to request for an ambulance. Mind you, my grandmother is 83 and just had a knee surgery. She was conscious, but she broke out into a cold sweat and was not able to communicate. The ambulance team stated that they were on the way but after an hour, didn’t even show up. My grandmother does not live in a remote location, rather, she lives in quite a prime location. In the end, my mother had to drive my grandmother to the hospital herself. If my mother was not there and the condition was more serious, I don’t what would happen (touchwood). As a private hospital that charges high rates for their services, you would think that they are eager to “help” out more patients. I am very, very, very disappointed as a customer who frequents Pantai for hospital checkups and etc. Please do something about your ambulance service.

    Staff really needs communication skills.
    There is no clear hospital mentality. Who is a doctor, who is a nurse, who is a administration personnel (maybe clear name tags and uniforms in same colour might help).
    Logistics hospital : unprofessional. The front desk did not know why the billing was taking so long (20min after treatment). Who she was waiting for (nurse/doctor), what the system is.
    If she could just tell me the process, doctor needs to sign/check each and every paper the nurse has written or something similar or everything is done manually and needs to be double checked, I would have been much more understanding. I could understand and would have waited (I left). I have asked to have the bill sent to my home address. They replied with ‘no cannot’. Why not? I have to register with my ID, which is linked to my house address and everything else in details! Please explain.

    So so. Brought my 3 year old son in the emergency room as he had vomited 7x in a day. I’ve asked for a blood test but the doctor in the emergency said my son probably had just an upset stomach and just come back if he vomit until 9th time. What the heck, are u serious doctor? My son is 3 and have never vomited especially 7x due to an upset stomach.

    After an hour, brought my son back and lied to him that my son vomited again. He ran a test and found out it was rota-virus.

    Why can’t medical centres like pantai medical centre in bangsar serve some decent vegetarian foods daily…when you can have western and malaysian cuisine all day long, why not vegetarian food. .this hospital seems not concerned on healthy foodShame on you..ask all doctors in pantai to stop lecturing on healthy food. ..patients like me need to get outside food
